Basin plug didn’t seal. Basin drain pipe leaked. Bathroom extraction fan didn’t work and hairdryer was broken.

The treatment from the staff. I paid breakfast for my son and his aunt when they got yo the dining area the staff did not want to assist them saying that I have not paid and it was traumatic for my son as I was not there at that moment. My son had to call me crying the staff did not even bother to call until I asked my son to give them the phone. Service very poor. That's not all we always use that southern sun in Bloemfontein this time around when we borrowed cutlery we were refused while we booked there.

The property us centrally located to most amenities which fulfils the great need and satisfaction to the tourist.

To install lifts to the upper floor.

They have VERY OLD television sets. My room was 405 and they do not have a smart TV in there.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff at all times. And the buffets were delicious with excellent variety and quality salads.

Some noisiness of next door guests the one evening.
