The room service is good. Clean towels and neat beds every day. The bathroom was tidied. The queue for the eggs was too long. The food variety was okay..

Swimming pool is big for all.

The Garden onto the pool had a nice vibe.

The staff where very unhelpful, they refused to assist with early morning breakfast for our swimmers. Breakfast is only served at 7 and we asked if they could please assist for 6:30.Unwilling to help and refused on numerous occasions even after pleading with them. We had to go across the road to steers for breakfast and Breakfast was included in our booking. Then they tried to charge us extra at the check out for breakfasts that were never had. The rooms was very uncomfortable and tight. They are very dated. Our light switches kept falling off the wall. Our phone in our room never worked. It has a bath shower which is very difficult to Stand under. The room was only serviced at 3pm in the afternoon. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The room was fantastic and the outside garden by the pool was very nice.

The waiters are not very attentive. For dinner, I had to find a waiter to come serve us and during breakfast, also had to go look for someone to place our coffee order.
