Staffs are very friendly and highly attentive to the calls Maintenance is exceptional and not to mention about the food , gastronomically healthier choices and tasty food with different varieties to choose Lake view we stayed had a fantastic views on the backwater which is the highlight of this resort Recommend for all family vacation trip who prefer some respite in this busy life

Actually none , all meticulously arranged and service provided was really good,, however had some slight issues with the bathroom Staffs attended immediately to rectify it in short time

The breakfast was delicious, buffet style (S. Indian Vegetarian). In addition omelets we're available. Fresh juices---

Coffee was subpar. Instant powdered NesCafe (ick) Would be nice to have fresh brewed coffee.

The location is near to cherai beach and just a walk of around 500 meter

Buffet breakfast spread wasn't great.The dining area for food is very small for 18 rooms and had lot of waiting time .
