Did not eat breakfast

New mattress and comforter. Hotter water in shower.

Bed and pillows were hard. Heating system was noisy.

Room size and funishings were very comfortable. Breakfast cafe experience very nice. Restaurant food and service were excellent.

Friday night noise in corridor from children running around until 10 pm.

Great breakfast, bed and room comfortable.

Staff was a bit grumpy, pool closed every afternoon. Needed wristbands

It's a nice place

The pool was closed a lot. When it reopened the chemicals were so bad no one could swim. We purposely went there for that, so with a family gathering we had nowhere to hang out. The only option is a party room, which costs $150. We did rent that space for a 3-hour party, but they had nothing ready for us. We had to move the whole breakfast bar to prepare our party. Rather than be apologetic, the front desk had excuses, blamed staff, and blamed other guests for the pool. I've not seen this at any other facility. We ended up with 14 people having to hang out mostly in a hotel room.

Breakfast and parking were very good

The communication with booking.com isn’t as easy as it could be

I liked that you can easily access the second floor without having to use the elevator.
