SPOT ON Nirvaan Guest House

Proprietor took extra money from me, he charged me Rs.800/-, but while booking i booked it on amount of around 350/-.Why there is so much gap in between your service and proprietor. I would rather ask you to investigate the matter. I would be glad if get my extra charged money that i paid to him..

Running water is not sufficient, cant even flash latrine properly..found used condom in the room, these are unacceptable

very worst property don't book this guest house.its 2 ND floor.so luggage carry is very difficult.and rooms are very to hot.and I booked the room at booking.com rs 530.when I entered the hotel then hotel owner says it's 730.he tell me that it's the last price.so I gave him 800.and he says that he has no changes for return me 70 rupees.so he don't return my rupees.and I give him total price 800 rupees for 1 night.and bathroom are broken door.toilet are broken.so don't go the hotel..

Very small bathroom.
