Hotel manager didn't provide me room even I had online booking through OYO. Even Oyo can't shift me to any nearby hotels. This kind of activities can't be tolerated, if u can't provide us room then you should not take bookings, otherwise legal action should be taken against OYO. Very worst experience ever

I think you will remove the hotel from your booking.com website brcause they are cheater when I reached the hotel and shown my booking they demanded extra money and tgey have no wifi connection
