Hotel Gerhard

The location is excellent if you are visiting for an exhibition. On a positive note, the staff was very courteous and responsive to emails, which made communication pleasant.

Unfortunately, the room rates during the exhibition period are unreasonably high. We specifically chose a twin room with beds placed far apart, but instead, we received a standard option. The rooms are overly warm—while this might be good in some cases, the temperature cannot be adjusted, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the room had a noticeable smell of smoke. Breakfast is included in the room price, but if you don’t arrive as soon as it starts, there might be little to no food left.

Good location, near to underground and link to Messe and city centre. Good breakfast. Very helpful night reception person.

Room was clear enough. Very old-fashioned, but clear and in good condition. Location is good - close to U1 line.

Was too hot in the room, sleeping was possible only with window opened. Breakfast was poor I’d say. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. In my opinion, even considering the exhibition season, the hotel is overpriced.
