Attitude of the registration desk person

too expensive during this time, and difficult to know if one books the rooms behind the hotel in a different building then the main building. no elevator is a point i could see peope having a problem with

can't decide on which room in the building in the back, great if one is going by car, but not so practical if one is getting breakfast

Breakfast good. Close to subway for getting into centre (runs under hotel so odd background rumble from this)

More a bunk room than a hotel room. Small but OK for a couple of nights. Bed hard and pillow very thin and uncomfy. Very pricey for what it was IMHO. I think the hotel was using "market flexible" pricing as we were staying for a big exhibition and the hotel was taking advantage of this more than a bit.

There was a helpful and kind receptionist who was speaking English very well. The location was great, close to the underground and the old town. The breakfast was fine, with enough options of meats, cheese, and fruits.

A bathroom was a little bit small. Besides when I asked for plant milk at breakfast the woman didn't understand it (not speaking English) so I didn't get it.

Breakfast was sufficient, matching to the level of accomodation.

The beds are small the blanket is tiny and I got sick because it didn't cover me, I am 183cm and the blanket didn’t fit me, they did room cleaning but the sheet didn’t change, and when I went to check in I stayed for 2h because the staff was a sleep
