There was no breakfast

Hotel staff was unflexible, as usual. I had to leave a day earlier and there was absolutely no flexibility or interest in finding a solution.

Room was extremely clean, great facilities with small little kitchen. Location is amazing, quiet and close to the action. Alanna at reception really friendly and helpful. Great choice to stay in Puerto Viejo

Location just outside of Puerto Viejo, good value for money compared to others in the village.

Quite noisy when guest hang out and celebrate on the patio. Noise from drain pipes from apartments on the 2nd floor. TV did not work properly.

Unfortunately no breakfast. Unfortunately a bit outside the centre.

So clean and staff were so friendly! I don’t speak Spanish but they made me feel so welcome. Great location - close to town and easy walk back with lots of street lights at night

Staff were great, and provide drinks on our first night.

Jilma the responsable for the hotel was a really sunshine and I felt like home. The 3 other workers was also like able people and did a good job every day. I loved my room with a small kitchen and everything was very clean. La Playa Negra and Playa Puerto Viejo very close and Puerto Viejo with all you need in walking distance from the hotel. I stayed there for 2 weeks.

Staff is incredibly nice, they clean every day and its very safe. Highly recommend.
