Amazing hotel. Off season and the staff is really great. At breakfast the employees bringing all kind of special treats during the meal. The cable rail to Bolzano is less then a minute walk and it's free to use through the hotel. We took the room with the garden view. Fantastic experience. Will visit again for sure.

The pool is not hot as it should be to my opinion. 2 bed connected instead of one king size bed.

The location is amazing - perfect views and right next to the Renon cable car. The food is very good. The breakfast could keep you going all day. And the staff are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. We just loved it.

There is literally nothing to dislike.

Incredible hotel - truly an exceptional stay and find! Ride the gondola up from Bolzano or drive up, and you’ll find this absolutely gorgeous and modern hotel and spa 100 meters off the lift. The breakfast was out of this world good, great drinks, fantastic restaurant for dinner, updated and modern rooms and a huge spa with rooftop pool. Can’t recommend them enough!

Not a thing, it was all great! The owners are there taking great care of you as well and helping their staff.

We loved all the small personal touches throughout the stay. From a tasty welcome drink, to a fun scavenger hunt from the cleaning ladies, to a riddle to solve for a glass of prosecco... such fun little details. Staff was all very welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was great and comfy. The pool- just SO COOL! The food was excellent. They gave us a free gondola ticket for all the days we were staying there in case we wanted to go into Bolzano (we just used it to ride down the mountain and then we hiked our way back up!). All around a fantastic stay.

Amazing breakfast, beautiful views and overall a great hotel. This has probably been my favorite stay I’ve been to, really peaceful and calming setting while also being really close to Bolzano. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

The only down side is that you have to take a cable car to town, but it’s only a 6 minute ride so it’s really not a huge deal.

Modern, clean, cozy, location, gorgeous view from the room as well as from the spa, exceptional hospitality and professionalism from all staff members, little treats at breakfast and small thoughtful touches throughout the day, quietness that really makes you relax, food at breakfast and dinner. We cannot find a single negative thing to comment on.
