Anything bad i could say

The property was clean the staff was exceptional I hade a great experience with every single staff member I talked to… they helped with every thing they could the explained every attraction around the property throughly … the breakfast was small but great omelets!! I had dinner one night at the hotels restaurant the food was great and fine! I cannot talk enough about the staff they took our harts with their love! It was 100 meters away from a cable car that takes you to bolzano so you dont need to move your car. Will be coming back

I asked for a bike it was sadly damaged and they did not have another bike available at the time.

I am blessed to travel to a lot of high need and amazing places. This was a truly incredible experience. I have never witnessed details at this level before in a hotel. I would highly recommend.

Exceptional service - everyone goes out of their way to make every single guest feel special. Exquisite meals and drinks - make sure to try it all and savor the moment. Magnificent views - from all around the property! Impeccable premises - everything neat, clean, luxurious… great attention to detail. Thank you to everyone especially Andi, Julika, Sarah, and Christoph for making my stay so memorable!
