Everything is at reach 5 to 10 minute walk to the center city

My stay was great. I have nothing bad to say.

I liked how clean the place is and the rooms are very nice and cozy

I faced a problem with carrying the heavy bags to upstairs. I really couldn't do it myself and asked for gustes help different times

Отличное расположение в старой части Тбилиси. 5 минут пешком до площади Свободы. Рядом много магазинов, кафе с доступными ценами. Сама гостиница расположена на 3 и 4 этажах старинного особняка. Жили на 4-ом этаже с видом на город с балкона- очень красиво. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, телевизор, просторно и чисто. Есть общая кухня с посудой и микроволновкой. Хозяин отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Уборка, замена полотенец каждый день.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – only a 2-minute walk from Independence Square, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We especially enjoyed the authentic café Chaduna across the street, which serves delicious breakfasts, although it is a bit pricey. The Old Town and the famous sulfur baths are about a 20–25 minute walk away. We really liked the city, and everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself is quite new. Our room was on the top floor, and while the sloped ceilings made it feel a little low and it could get warm during the day, the air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable. The building is an old house with an old entrance, but the hotel interior has been recently renovated and still feels brand new. Towels were changed every day. The bed was not always made, but perhaps housekeeping simply missed it occasionally. We met David during our stay, and he was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.
