If you are expecting a hotel atmosphere and services, this place may not meet your expectations. However, if you are simply looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in a good location, and do not mind apartment-style accommodation, then it may be a good choice for you.

First of all, we did not stay at this property because it did not appear to be a hotel. It seemed more like a room rental or apartment accommodation. There was no reception desk, no visible hotel signage, and none of the facilities typically associated with a hotel. After arriving and seeing the property, we decided not to stay. However, I would like to mention that the owner was very polite and understanding. He acknowledged that it was not his fault how the property is presented on Booking.com and kindly accepted my cancellation request without any charges. Therefore, I have no complaints about the owner or the property management. My concern is with Booking.com’s classification of this property as a 3-star hotel. In my opinion, it is more accurately described as an apartment-style accommodation without kitchen facilities rather than a hotel. The location is excellent, but there is no hotel signboard, making the property difficult to find. It is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator or hotel staff available to assist with luggage. Travelers with heavy bags or mobility issues may find this inconvenient. Additionally, the building entrance looks more like an old residential house and lacks the appearance and facilities expected from a hotel. As we usually stay in standard hotels, we decided to cancel our booking immediately upon arrival and booked another hotel on the spot.

Возможно, в других номерах будет по-другому, или кому-то не важно это. Устаревший телевизор, нам даже не удалось его включить Там кажется были каналы арабские турецкие. На английском может парочка, но тоже недостаточно, русских нет. Все таки гости приезжают разные можно подумать об этом. Телевизор стоит сменить , думаю. Я была с мамой за 70 , она бы как минимум новости посмотрела. В нашем номере очень маленький туалет с душевой кабиной, которая открывается очень неудобно. Чтобы зайти в кабинку надо было зайти в туалет, встать сбоку и потом открыть кабинку . В других номерах я видела есть просторнее душевые. И плохой напор воды, к чему надо быть готовым , так как это старая часть города

Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten in der Altstadt. Gleich gegenüber ist das Cafe Chaduna, wo man hervorragend frühstücken kann.

Локация топ

Шикарная локация, в то же время тихая улочка. Приятные горничные. Достаточно удобная кровать, чистое белье. Есть довольно уютная общая кухня, где собирались вечером своей компанией с бутылочкой вина.

Сняли три номера, в одном из них сильный запах канализации. Тесная ванная комната. Ну и третий этаж, понятно без лифта(старый дом).
