The hotel experience was far from satisfactory. The location was just okay, but the service and condition of the hotel were extremely disappointing. Despite informing the hotel about our evening check-in via WhatsApp, we only received a response 17 hours later, at the time of check-out. The receptionist was rude and could not communicate in English, making the check-in process frustrating. The first room we were given lacked basic amenities such as towels and napkins, and the toilet flush wasn’t working. When we reported this, the receptionist suggested an absurd workaround—manually operating the flush via the tap connected to the tank. Upon refusing and requesting a room change, he reluctantly gave us another room out of frustration. While the new room had a working flush, the bed was broken, something we didn’t notice initially as we headed out for dinner after moving our luggage. Who would think to check the bed condition upon arrival? Unfortunately, when we discovered the issue later that night, it was too late to address it. Additionally, as our flight was in the evening, we requested the reception to store our luggage so we could collect it later. To our surprise, they charged 5GL for this service. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, this was the first time we encountered a charge just for storing luggage. It was quite disappointing and added to our already unsatisfactory experience. Overall, the stay was deeply unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this place.

Location and view are perfect.

Heating system almost non working. Radiator in apartment about 25-30 degrees Celsius. The toilet seat is broken, the shower does not attach to the stand. The first room smelled of sewage, we were moved to another one that did not have this problem. The staff is trying hard, but the hotel needs some renovation.

Only location and the view of the city are ok. The rest of them were unfortunately disappointment.

The photos of the room are not matching with the reality. The room smelled of mold. Also the air conditioning was not working. The room was very cold.
