Old Tbilisi Terrace

I recently stayed at Old Tbilisi Terrace, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely amazing, offering easy access to the charming streets of Old Tbilisi and stunning views of the city. It’s the perfect spot for exploring the area's rich history and vibrant culture. The room was spotless and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The attention to cleanliness was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was fabulous! The variety of options, along with the fresh and delicious food, ensured a great start to each day. I also have to commend the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant and were always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend Old Tbilisi Terrace to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Whether you're there for leisure or business, it offers great value and a truly enjoyable experience!

The view was outstanding.

Wet toilet floor after the shower was a granted event.

The stay was not good. The room was always cold even though there is heater. We couldn’t sleep due to cold. The water from bathroom leaks to the bedroom. The kettle provided was dirty. The lighting in the bedroom was very poor. Overall we had a bad experience.

View is only good thing there! But other than that, nothing…

Super cold especially during winter time, water in the bathroom everywhere, water liking in the kitchen, we won’t be able to have breakfast, poor breakfast, no breakfast for 2 days, no towels changing and water bottles, personal light is not working near the bed, no wifi on a tv, no youtube, nothing, shower is broken, only good thing is a view, that’s it!

Comfy bed, lovely staff, nice balcony.

Very bad damp on bathroom ceiling, did notice damp smell on entering room , though ok old building, but went bathroom in night and bits of damp on ceiling fell on my head. Was really bad. If that issue was sorted, I would stay again. Room really shouldn't be let in that condition. Hotel hard to find , no sign from main road.
