Good Hotel Room in TBILISI for affordable family stay

The location was awesome!

The hotel is well-located near the Rustaveli Metro station. Check-in was a bit stressful due to the absence of staff, but we received assistance over the phone. The on-site car park was full, so I parked on the street and found a spot easily. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom lacked some amenities, such as a towel rack, and the space was a bit narrow but still tidy. Overall, it’s a good option for short-term stays, thanks to its convenient location. The cleaning staff was friendly. Thank you.

The hotel has an amazing location—right in the city center, so you can easily walk to most places. The room was mid-range—not too fancy, but clean and comfortable. Considering the price, I'd say it's definitely worth it.

There’s no staff at all. The only person around is an unfriendly woman who works at the fruit shop downstairs—she doesn’t speak a single word of English. If you’re looking for a warm and hospitable host, it’s better to choose another place. The house owner only contacts you by phone, but they do try to help sometimes.

my room and bathroom were clean. self check in was easy with a good description. the owner replied to my messages on WhatsApp when I had trouble finding an atm. it’s a good option if you just need a functional place to sleep for one night in a good location, but I wouldn’t stay longer. it’s a cheap option.

I know this has been said in other reviews, but maybe you - like me - didn’t read them well: it’s not actually a hotel (as in, a whole building with staff and a 24hr reception), it’s a floor of an apartment building converted into rooms. I arrived late and had to get a train early, and I didn’t meet anyone there. They only accept cash so I had to run around the city at midnight trying to find an ATM to leave the exact amount of cash in the room. as for the room itself, it’s functional. the air wasn’t good, the mattress isn’t in great shape and the walls are thin. the bathroom is tiny, no place to put things.
