Wash room water not passing in some parts

the property did not provide a room for me. I arrived around 22.00 hrs and did call a property. she said she let a room to others as I did not confirm. I was on a plane and before my trip, I did send message to her asking for late check in. Anyway she contact other property

the hotel is situated in the city center. the lady at the reception was nice, but...

- it's a very outdated hotel. - it's noisy(it's situated right above the grocery shop, which open at 8 am, and from 8 am till 11 pm it's impossible to chill, as there's a lot of noise from the outside/below - it was too hot there, even though it was not hot outside - all the amenities were cheap an old. and stinky :( - water pressure low - I think there were some kind of small bugs either on the floor or in the bed, I felt itchy all the time, I hope I didn't bring them with me to my place)

Abit noise from the street, if you are sensitive about that. Reception don't speak any English. Abit hard to find.

It wasn't far from the city center or tourist attractions. It's close to Rustaveli metro station and is a hotel that matches its price. Overall, I liked it, but it could have been better.

Responses to messages were delayed. Before traveling to Georgia, I asked a question since I had read that most places accept card payments. Because of that, I kept most of my money on my card and didn’t convert it to lari. One day before my trip, I messaged the hotel asking if they accept card payments. The reply came too late, so I set off with my card. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they only accept cash. I ended up spending an entire day walking around the streets of Tbilisi looking for an ATM to withdraw money. I also had to pay an extra commission fee to get cash. As a result, due to the hotel's lack of responsibility, I lost both money and time. I was very tired, and a whole day of my trip was wasted because of this.
