Wonderful for honeymoon. Quiet for relaxation. Excellent service and restaurant quality of food.

Breathtaking views and very kind and attentive staff.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

- The views from the pool and room balconies are beautiful. - Staff at reception are attentive, efficient and friendly.

- The hotel is some distance from Oia and requires a car or shuttle (€40 to Oia) - There seems to be a lot of security staff standing around the pool (presumably to prevent people walking in from the nearby walking track). This is understandable as the pool is beautiful but also gives the impression that you are being watched while sitting by the pool and it is hard to relax with a number of staff standing around. A little more discretion would go a long way here. - Pool staff on numerous occasions were required to be flagged down rather than actively serving pool guests (I found they were not as attentive compared to other hotels of the SLH calibre) - There are no restaurants or shops nearby (other than the hotel restaurant) and pricing at the restaurant is reasonably high.

Loved the property and staff! Amazingly relaxing and quiet! so serene!!!!

It’s a bit far from Oia and Fira, which means taxis add up. However, staff and property would make us come back!!!!!

ארוחת בוקר לפי תפריט. אפשר להזמין מה שרוצים וכמה שרוצים, בלי הגבלה. המבחר עשיר, הכל ממש טעים. הזמנו את חדר זוגי רגיל בקומת הבריכה, קיבלנו את החדר שממש מול הבריכה, הם אומרים שזה שידרוג, נדמה היה לי שזה מה שהזמנתי. בכל מקרה, החדר היה מושלם. הנוף מהחדר שמשולב עם הבריכה - נדיר ביופיו. מול כל חדר יש זוג כיסאות נוח שהם פבליק, אבל רוב הזמן הם גם היו פנויים. לפעמים נתפסו ע"י אורחים אחרים מחדרים מרוחקים, אבל זה לא הפריע לנו, רוב היום גם ככה לא היינו בחדר ותמיד היו לנו גם את הספות הפרטיות שלנו במרפסת הפרטית של החדר. אכלנו ארוחת ערב וצהריים במסעדה. היה טעים והמחיר לא זול, אבל גם בחוץ אכלנו במסעדות יקרות לא פחות. הצוות של המלון פשוט נפלא. כולם היו מקסימים, ומסבירי פנים, שירותיים מאוד ולא נראה שהם עושים את זה בשביל לקבל טיפ, אלא פשוט ממודעות שירות גבוהה. ביום האחרון, הטיסה שלנו היתה בערב. הזמנו שייט וביקנו עזיבה מאוחרת, רק בשביל שיהיה לנו את החדר להתקלח ולהתארגן בנחת לפני הטיסה, היינו מוכנים לשלם מה שצריך, אבל החדר כבר הוזמן ע"י מישהו אחר. אז הם פשוט נתנו לנו את הספא, שיעמוד לרשותנו בחזרה מהשיט. ככה סתם, ללא תשלום נוסף. הם ממש הזמינו את הספא לשעה שבה אנחנו חוזרים מהשייט, כך שלא יקבלו לקוחות בזמן הזה והוא יהיה לרשותנו. מה יש להגיד ? פשוט שירות נהדר.

השמיכות בחדר דקות. יש בארון שמיכה שהיא קצת כבדה, אז מחממת יותר, אבל היתה חסרה לי שמיכה קצת יותר מפנקת. קראתי לפני כן תלונות על המיטה, אני יכולה להגיד שהמיטה בסה"כ נוחה ושישנו ממש טוב :-)
