Beautifully located, overlooking the Caldera, this property deserves all the superlatives of SLH. Unforgettable stay!!! Beyond the superb views from the rooms, the infinity pool and the lounge area, you get the kindest staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning, maintenance, no exceptions) and exquisite breakfasts, dinners etc. Quiet location yet within a short drive to all the attractions, free parking. Just perfect!

Prices are relatively high. This is not the right place to save some money. But if you want THE BEST, this is it.

Everything ! Great hotel/ best we’ve been too . The staff, food, views, etc. were all top notch ! Great pool area ! Whole staff made us feel very special and welcome from start to end ; very accommodating

Location is a bit isolated; but staff was helpful in booking cabs / commutes; so didn’t feel bad at all.
