Being able to order straight to room for food and drink was handy. Food was lovely, as was breakfast

A bit noisy, old building so could hear other guests and creaky floors

Staff very friendly, room was very quiet and warm (if you put the heating on) and quite spacious. Easy to enter and exit even at night.

The room’s a little old: so the floorboards are quite creaky and the bathroom window doesn’t completely close, which makes it a little chilly at night. The larger showerhead needs a good clean - there’s grime around the spray nozzles which means the water went in all directions instead of downwards.

The décor and the welcoming vibe.

Great location. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Evening meals very nice but quite expensive. Rooms nicely decorated and beds comfy. Good shower. Delicious breakfast served from early to late. Big car park. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if I needed a hotel near Manchester Airport.

Little sound insulation between the rooms and corridor, so can be woken up by people talking as they go to /from their rooms.

Second time there and as lovely as before, really comfortable bed, fabulous decor and tasty breakfast....

Not much like it about it,view watching kitchen extractor very noisy,everywhere smells smoke from chimney,squeaking floor buildings very dated nothing exciting.
