Close to the seafront

Room was a little small overlooking the back yard

Lovely room with sea view. Good standard of cleanliness. Good breakfast.

Great location.

No close parking. Communal bathroom & toilets (dated) bedroom needed modernising and bedside table unclean (sticky with cup ring marks)

Room was a clean adequate place to stop in our travels. A very casual feel. Had an ensuite, and in the morning, we had a nice breakfast.

Donnas are too hot for us. Would like a sheet so you can flick off the cover.

Breakfasts were very good. It was easy to replenish tea, coffee, milk etc. in the bedroom.

On the third morning when I was at breakfast I heard the couple at the next table asking for a veggie breakfast. They were brought breakfasts with meat. What really bothered me was that in response to being told that they asked for veggie breakfasts, the man, instead of, for example, saying "Sorry, I misheard you" said on two occasions, "No, you didn't" which is basically accusing them of lying. On my way out of the dining room I pointed out that I had heard them asking for veggie breakfasts and the man apologised, but I did not wait to hear what he said to the couple. The other problem was that one evening I came back at 9:55 and was locked out, although I had my keys. Apparently I was "after hours" and should have used my security code but the guest information did not say what was meant by "after hours" and I wrongly expected to be able to get in using the front door key. If I had known that the security code was required after, say, 9 pm I would have made sure that I had it available.

Really welcoming, checkin process was easy and room was well furnished. Breakfast cooked for you from scratch and location unbeatable, would definitely return.

Good location by the promenade. Decent cooked breakfast with vegetarian and vegan option.

Steep stairs won't suit everyone, small room.

Staff were really friendly , it was right by the seafront and it was extremely quiet when you wanted to sleep.
