The room was of a good size and nice and airy with a sea view. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order with excellent produce. Location is really good.

The fixtures and fittings are a bit cheap and the decoration a little slap dash. Not having a host greet you is always a disappointment. We managed to park quite near but parking can be a problem in the area.

Location, staff - They responded to questions via email quickly. Very friendly.

Shower did not want to warm up but staff said they would look into it after breakfast. The shared bathroom was not close to the room.

Great location, good quality breakfast with allergy intolerance catered for. Comfortable bed.

Room was dirty. Hair in shower and floor, taps, sink and floor perimeters not adequately cleaned. Black mold around taps and pink mold around the plug hole. As well as the black hairs all around the bathroom and in the shower the edges of tge room had a thick line of dirt. We have photos but cannot attach for some reason.

A great seafront location, close to the town centre. The Welsh breakfast is great.

Advice: Don’t park on the road just outside the property where the dropped kerb is, as you will probably get a parking ticket!
