The bathroom curtain was dirty

Excellent location close to station and main town centre. Ideal for an overnight stay.

Showerhead didn't stay upright but otherwise all in working order.

Dirty room communal ironing facilities People smoking in rooms which caused fire brigade to be called at 1am and not one member of hotel staff to be seen

Parking spices for the cottage was taken up by other businesses which meant Parking a 10 minute walk away.

The parking arrangements

Clean and easy to access

They had let a room to a bunch of kids intent on a party. They shouted, sang, bashed around and ran up and down the stairs between 12 and 2am. Finally, at 2am they set the fire alarm off and left the building. No-one answered the emergency contact phones, there was no one on site to help. In the end, another guest had to call the fire brigade to check there was no real fire and disable the alarms. The owner can't help the actions of their guests but having no one to support and not to pick up the phone was unacceptable. Furthermore they ignored my attempts to contact them in the morning. It seems they are happy to take your money but not so happy to work for it.

Good location for town centre and train station

Incorrect entry details were sent - no response on query - had to wait until another guest opened the door. Also I have requested an invoice multiple times and have had no contact. Young people staying the sane night were noisy.
