I was there 3-4 years ago and I liked it, large and clean room and bathroom. Therefore, I made a reservation on 05-aug-2025 for three days (12-15 aug). Reservation confirmed. When I arrived at the location on 12 Aug 2025, the manager (I think he was the owner, too) checked my name on his papers (he has a table written by hand on a notebook) and the result was: your name is not on my notebook, you have no reservation, we are fully booked. I explained him that my reservation was made via booking.com and he got nervous, justifying that he did not work with booking and he closes all rooms for booking. I performed a search at that moment and booking.com showed me that three rooms were available. Of course, he infirmed that, complaining that people come everyday with reservations and he didn't have available rooms. When I proposed him to call booking.com to see what was wrong with my reservation he declined that option, suggested me that he could not have a properly conversation with them (booking.com). Anyways, after that moment he became more flexible and offered me a room for two days. A smaller room that the one reserved 3-4 years ago but acceptable (sewage smell in the bathroom), fridge not working (broken plug). Usually we give 1 rating for such cases (when you make reservation a week ago and when you got at the reception you have the surprise you have no reservation and your vacation might be cancelled 😕) but afterwards he gave me a room to sleep for two days - and for that I give 5 rating. Finally, he provides he is care about customers.
