The incredible view across the caldera and down to the port below. Convenient location for trips around the island. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant menus are good and cater well for gluten free needs - breakfast menu is similarly comprehensive

Our room was comfortable but in need of modernisation - feels very 1980s! Unsecured wifi needs to be upgraded.

Loved the pool

Belle chambre avec vue magnifique sur la Caldera. Piscine agréable, peu de monde en cette période donc pas de soucis pour trouver un transat mais je ne pense pas que ce soit pareil en haute saison. Transferts aéroport puis ferry au top, dans les délais, sans mauvaise surprise.

Le petit déjeuner, pas de vrai café, la machine expresso sort du café soluble. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel qui prétend à un certain standing. Buffet avec Choix limité

We had the best experience possible at this hotel and could not have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They arranged a rental car for us and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. One recommendation in particular stood out – a restaurant where we were able to experience a traditional Greek Night. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip and created memories that we will cherish for years to come. The staff genuinely looked after us like family and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a private pool, and it was absolutely outstanding. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Having our own private pool made the experience even more special, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings in complete comfort and privacy. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations throughout our stay. It offers a beautiful infinity pool, a poolside bar and food service, as well as a separate restaurant and dedicated breakfast area. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking, and waking up to them each morning was an unforgettable experience. Considering the quality of the accommodation, facilities, service, and location, we found the hotel to be extremely good value for money. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. Also, if you are staying in the area, do not miss the Greek Night on Wednesdays at Charlie's Restaurant—it was one of the highlights of our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. The hotel staff was friendly and always smiling and kept the energy and the vibes of the hotel so positive. The whole team including the owner who spoke to me with utmost humility and respect making sure that we are having the best experience.

I wish I booked it in advance, I could then have enjoyed my entire stay in Santorini at this hotel rather than booking elsewhere and ruining my experience for the remaining stay.

We had such an amazing experience visiting Santorini for the first time - not only the island was spectacular with the most beautiful sunsets, but also the people and the hotel were exceptional - especially big thank you to Tina, Sotiris and Eri for making our stay extra special, being so kind and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time here and definitely will be back again!

Everything was great

The location is right next to the port (have to book taxi though). Incredible views especially at sunset. Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable.

I booked two transfers with this hotel way in advance and even double checked but when arriving at the airport, there was no one waiting for us and we waited for over an hour until someone finally came to get us. There was apparently a mix up - they forgot. But when arriving at the hotel and double checking the booked transfer to the port for the next day, they booked it in as if they didn’t have the booking. Extremely frustrating and so I recommend not to book your private transfers with them but to book a separate taxi service. I paid €40 for the hour late transfer and should’ve been €15 to the port but they said it was free for us. Not sure if it was because of the mix up but I think the hour late one should have been free. I got scammed - people pretending to be working for this hotel scammed me out of my money prior to my stay. However, I don’t know if this was due to the hotel’s fault - data breach or the booking.com system but strange that this was the only accommodation out of 4 that I booked was affected. Be careful!!
