WiFi password was not shared, lady at reception keyed in the password which was revoked few minutes later

Ms Nischita , staff on duty , was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the local places to visit. She gave us guidance about the same. She has a smiling face and it felt great to interact with her.

Lot of dust around

Location - Private view of the Jog early morning before tourists pour in at 7 am

Common areas need upkeep.. but rooms were clean. A lot of construction work happening all around the hotel

Close to Jog Falls

Lot of construction in progress. Construction materials and areas not separated. My wife stumbled on a concrete block and fell and scraped her knee and palm badly requiring medical attention Inadequate lighting and uneven surfaces to access the rooms. Overall badly maintained property in what is a beautiful area

Best is location, jog falls is behind and adjoining the property. Restaurant had decent food. Staff very helpful.

Construction work, so dusty.

Restaurant is running short of staff, only 2 people are managing the cleaning as well the food serving. Management need to step in and solve the staff issue, also cleanliness of canteen is very poor and needs improvement
