The room was good

Location was very shabby and dirty with construction and dust all over the place. No place for parking

Breakfast (and other food from the restaurant) was good, but choice VERY limited.

Booked 1 room for 2 people, non-ac through booking.com, as could not get an answer on telephone to book direct. Booking.com had only put 1 name forward so argument on arrival. The 1st thing she seemed interested in was trying to get us to upgrade and pay more for an ac room, and then said we'd have to pay more as there were 2 people. We refused - especially as we had to pay 100R each to gain access to the hotel - NOT MENTIOED ANYWHERE WHEN BOOKING. She then showed us to a room that had AC ( which we didn't use), and provided a voucher for one breakfast ( NO eggs!?). The whole area was a huge construction site, very noisy and very dirty.

Every possible thing can go wrong is wrong with this property.

The hotel is under construction and derbris all around. Rooms were small.It does not have restaurant
