An excellent room in a fantastic location. The hosts were so helpful during our stay. We cannot rate this property highly enough.

This is over critical but there is room for a couple of comfy chairs and would have made this room into a perfect mini suite.

Location is great, right next to Asia City and some great eateries, as well as a 24/7 laundromat. Facilities were also great, pretty clean and looked-after decorations. Amazing communication by the team and great hospitality. The luggage storage service was much appreciated!

Beds are comfortable, but a touch small for some westerners.

Good location. Near with reastaurant, watson and guardian. Staff very helpfull and friendly before you checkin and after you checkout. Under rated and very recommended. Room really clean and good value for money.

The stay at ACJ Residence beside the Cititel Hotel in Kota Kinabalu was comfortable and convenient, with a great location close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, well-equipped, with very good WiFi connection. The personel there is super kind & very helpful.
