Very clean and comfortable. They also had a nice shower with great water pressure. The apartment is located a short 15 min drive from the airport, which was very convenient. I could not say better things about the staff. They were very helpful. The management held our bags while we hiked Mount Kinabalu with no extra charge. They even went to the effort of delivering the bags to our new room at their other nearby residence the night we returned- and these bags were heavy! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lage, Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser, Tee oder Powerbank am Zimmer. Einfacher Check-In bzw. Check-Out Prozess. Gepäck, nach dem Check-Out zwischenlagern.

An einem Abend, etwas zu laut, da Musik von sehr nahe gelegenen Lokalen hörbar war und ein frühes schlafen gehen (22:00 Uhr) nicht möglich war.

You wouldn't expect it from the outside, but it's a well maintained room with modern facilities such as remote controlled blinds and a bathroom mirror with a digital temperature and time display. Very clean space with ample supply of toiletries/instant beverages. Spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Quiet at night without any disruptions to sleep. Excellent water pressure and instant hot showers. Within a fairly easy walking distance to Gaya Street and Imago Mall. Also importantly, very close to a coin operated laundromat literally around the corner. There's also a massage parlour a stone's throw away. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave clear check in and check out instructions. As an added bonus there was a Ramadan bazaar just outside.

Probably the only minor downside is the flights of stairs you have to ascend to get to your room. They do offer assistance with your baggage if that's an issue.

We had already stayed in this property for 3 nights previously and this was just a 1 night stopover. The room was big and bright and the facilities first class. If you want to experience real Malaysia, the location is perfect. The support team were fantastic from check in to check out and nothing was too much trouble. We particularly liked the shower and the provision of slippers was a great touch.
