"The accommodation is suitable for shorter stays. Room size is not large but is comfortable."

The owners were very pro-active and responsive. Key pick up was straightforward with communications via WhatsApp. The entrance to the building is a little unpromising, but once in the areas managed by the owners, the accommodation is modern and seems well looked after.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Hat ein tolles Konzept, dass man sich zum Beispiel Shampoo oder Tee nachnehmen kann. Obwohl es keine Rezeption gibt, ist ein guter Service garantiert. Jede Frage wird per WhatsApp sofort beantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken. Besonders gefreut hat uns ein kostenloses Upgrade.

"Recommended in Kota Kinabalu"

We had a very comfortable stay. Self check in and check out possible any time of the day. Staff is very responsive and available through WhatsApp at all times. The room was clean and looked nice. Walking distance from Waterfront and multiple supermarkets. All amenities are provided.

The bed was on the smaller side for 2p. If you have mobility issues be aware that you will have to climb multiple stairs with your luggage, this was not an issue for us. Grab driver advised us to avoid being out at night in this area as young females.

Room was great! Spacious, clean, we could grab water or any other supplies any time. AC was quiet and working! Shower was excellent.

We missed big mirror.

Property was modern and clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of water supplied.

Sound proofing in the room is not very good. You can hear a lot out side and also the people in the room next to us were having lots of ‘fun’
