Fairly clean to begin with, had good aircon bed was good but uneven. There were supplies like coffee water and shampoo available if you needed. Small.shower head was good. Big one looked mouldy

No water available for the last couple of days, bed was ok but uneven, slight smell of mould and drilling, building work outside my door on couple of days

It was very helpful that they stored our luggage while we travelled for a few days.

Every aspect amazing! Very good communication almost all text extremely effective.

The room was exceptional, featuring a comfortable bed, high-quality sheets, and comfortable pillows. There is marble flooring from floor to ceiling. The shower is modern, spacious, and powerful. Communication with check-in and check-out was excellent. The location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk over the sky bridge to the waterfront.

Good location in town, good communication over WhatsApp about check in. Staff were very nice. The room was a good size and nice. It was clean

Everything was just a little used and worn down. There was a weird smell in the bathroom during the night.
