Centrally situated. Excellent communication pre and post arrival.

L: Room was nice and clean, staff very responsive and proactive in asking if we needed anything, even before we had arrived to KK, they had made a group chat on whatsapp. The staff helped carry our luggages up. Asked for some more towels and an extra chair (because theres only one in the room and 2 of us), which they gladly provided for us. M: The accommodation also allowed us to store our luggage at their storage room after checkout since our flight was at night! We were going to book a separate bagdrop but ACJ offered this extremely helpful service for free! They even carried all our bags from the third floor to the bottom of the stairs ^_^!! I think they have been very communicative, considerate and friendly for the entire stay. Thank you so much!!

Really nice rooms -- no expense was spared to renovate them. Very spacious, too. We only stayed for one night and had an early morning flight, but recommend it. Good location. Easy to get in and out. If not clear, there is no elevator and the rooms are located and the third and fourth floors -- two flights of stairs per floor. Someone can help with your bags up, but not down for planning.

The place was nice. No complaints.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Whatsapp support and service was outstanding. It all went smooth and the response was always immediate. We stayed here twice and booked this accommodation also because of its luggage storage service, which was great. Location was also good.

There’s a lot of unused space in the room, so adding an additional chair or sofa to the room would have been helpful, so both people could sit down. A little bit more storage space would also be great, even though the hanger in the room was helpful.
