The room was spacious

I didn't like the customer service. I was charged 1k extra for having a guest over but the invoice did not include that charge. So, practically the 1k went into the pockets of the hotel.

Very good room, perfectly clean... Very nice tv with active Netflix like ott channels... Courteous staff... Everything very good Food is also very tasty...

There is no elevator... Although it is not a big problem... Just an additional facility would be good

"Stay was good in terms of facilities it’s just that it’s far away from the city manager is bad."

Room was spacious and facilities were good to stay.

Inspite of me staying there for 9 nights I requested to let be be there for 2 more hours but they asked to vacate the room and didn’t allow to stay 5 min extra post 11 am which is their check out time. Moreover also told to pay whole amount if you I need to stay for 2 more hours.
