"Had a below average stay, lacks basic hospitality and reception guys are incompetent."

The location of the hotel was too interior and in the middle of factories (industrial area), although the hotel was surrounded by the trees, which gave a nature feeling. The room was cleaned and had a lot of charging options. The AC worked well.

The hotel doesn't have elevator, I had to go to 2nd Floor through stairs which were very inconvenient. There is no restaurant or kitchen in the hotel, once you order they take around 40 mins to get your food from restaurant outside. Once the food was delivered to my room, they asked for paying at that very moment (it was around 11:30 pm in the night), thay don;t have any facility to post in the bill. I have checked out at 9 am, and at that time GST bill couldn't be ready due to availability of incompetent staffs.
