The property is good bit outdated could do with a upgrade but apart from that it’s ok

Been going here for a few years now and seen it slowly degraded

Fans in the room during a heatwave was a blessing, no other hotel has had them this week so this property is brilliant. Clean rooms and friendly staff too!

The room was like a sauna when I arrived, not too much can be done by the staff for that though.

The bar and restaurant downstairs looked really nice and modern, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. It’s been extremely hot this week and our room was 30, there was a fan in the room - which very welcome! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Shower worked well, great pressure and the little bottles of toiletries were a nice extra.

We thought £30 for 2 breakfasts was rather expensive for what it was and the bathroom in the room seemed a little dated, also the sink was still dirty with toothpaste marks.

The room was like a mini apartment, all that was missing was a kitchen, very comfortable indeed. Staff were great and the breakfast was nice too.

Theres a trainline at the rear but it didnt disturb me at all.
