Comfortable bed

The t&c did say about damage property but it didn't say it clearly like if there is stain like make up stain on the towel or bedsheet or whatever the hotel will charge. Whats the use of face towel if there's only a bit of make up stain. You say the laundry tried to clean it but it cannot be remove but i wash it using soap and using hand it can be clean! Please state properly what are the damage included. Small little things also you charge. Choose with window view but no view only wall view. Nearby shop only amati coffee.no nearby alfa mart(like 7 eleven)

Being upgraded after confusion during and after check-in. Service recovery was acceptable.

TV channels were limited and most channels were inoperative.

the room was spacious however and the breakfast was simple but ok and the staff was friendly and helpful.

TV was not working properly, very poor signal. the room overall condition was not very inviting.
