When I made a booking for three, the hotel accepted it and gave me a pillow for two, and when I went to ask for another pillow, they didn't give it

The staff is not good. They don't give you the room when u reach at the property for check-in. Firstly, they say that they don't take the booking from oyo and later on they will ask more money than the deal price which you would have booked. In short, they harras u a lot and make money from the customer. When you do the check-in they update the oyo that only the deal price has been taken from the customer. The lady who deals the customer their is unprofessional and very arrogant

This fake hotel, when we reach hotel they say this hotel is closed now there is no collection o hotel here, they denied for stay ,we lost money, time ever thong, i called call center no one help, you guys are fulling people.

Nothing to be liked about this property. As they didn't provide the mentioned facilities. Also, they weren't allowing to do the check-in if booking has been done in offer amount.

I had done the booking in offer amount but when I had reached the property, staff didn't allow me to do the check-in and asked me more amount to pay for the stay. When I had done so, they had updated on the OYO/Booking.com site that I have done the check-in and made the payment mentioned in my offer amount(less). They didn't even provide me breakfast and bathroom toiletries. Though it was mentioned when I had done the booking.

Great location but hiring auto taxi for early morning problem near by metro express line i boarded my aircraft at 0920hrs reach airport 0720h
