The hotel staff provided outstanding service and was available 24 hours via a personal WhatsApp chat. They provided us exactly what we requested, a quiet room far away from the stairs, and even offered a change of room at a lower floor to avoid us having to do many stairs as my wife was pregnant. They went the extra mile on my request to surprise my wife for her birthday with some decorations. At checkout the staff asked us if we have feedback to improve, which is very rarely asked by other hotels we stayed. Also a shout out to the restaurant staff and chef: the food and wine we tried were delicious overall. We gave feedback on things to improve and those were taken care of the next day. The hotel and room interior are 19th century, not super luxurious but cozy and elegant. Excellent value for a very reasonable price! Very easy this hotel entered the top 5 rank of best hotels in the world that we visited (been to over more than 70 countries), the effort and dedication plus the exceptional customer service from receptionists, kitchen and restaurant staff, barman, and collaborators was outperformed!!!

There is no elevator only stairs, because the building is protected and cannot be modified. It is mentioned in the booking information, though. So if you are not so fit / have problems doing stairs it is less recommended. Also the manual classic door keys are not so handy, you have to find the right technique of opening/closing the room door. A point for improvement for the restaurant/breakfast is to include extra options for customers with food allergies and intolerances , for example lactose-free yogurt, plant-based meals etc (but the menu has options for everyone so this is not a strong point against the breakfast, just a complementing suggestion)

It wasn't clean enough. The water hadn't been working all day, so we couldn't even wash.

Все было отлично! Красивое старое здание, дизайнерский интерьер, самый удобный матрас, дружелюбный персонал, удобное расположение недалеко от метро, балкон классный посидеть приятно.

Нет лифта, но мы это знали.

Nice townhouse vibe, quiet, good restaurant and drinks, very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Great location.

Female staff member during day wasn’t overly nice. Neli at night was awesome. Thank you for typing he out the Georgian phrases.
