I loved everything. Beautiful place, helpful staff. Just amazing

The room I had didn't have a closet but it was pretty small one maybe that's why. It's good to book in advance cause the hotel isn't a big one so rooms get booked very quickly. Next time I'll definitely book a bigger room. But it was still very comfortable and nice. Huge bed and nice big windows, high ceilings.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable. The staff are super lovely, helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to help. I loved breakfast and the food in the restaurant. Delicious and in keeping with the hotel, also a lovely place to sit. Great location. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Stayed here with my girlfriend and honestly had one of those “maybe we should quit our jobs and disappear into the mountains” moments. Place is beautifully designed with a really well-curated atmosphere. You can tell whoever made it actually has taste. Morning coffee on the balcony looking out into the trees felt borderline spiritually healing after London. Everything was super smooth, hosts were lovely, responsive, chilled out. Exactly the right balance of being looked after without someone constantly checking in on you. Also one of the rare places that somehow looks even better in real life than the photos. Will 100% be back if life allows.

Very beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed. Nice neighbourhood with many great restaurants. Staff were very kind and helped with everything.

No elevator so had to carry suitcase up 2 floors but it was ok.

Мы жили в номере на балконе)) и это прям балкон))) слышимость всей улицы была соответствующая. Если у вас чуткий сон, как у меня воспользуйтесь берушами)

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. They contacted us in advance via WhatsApp and arranged airport pickup at a very reasonable price. One day when we went out, we accidentally left our passport in the room, and they also helped keep it safe for us.

We stayed in a room with a small balcony. What was hard to believe was that the door leading to the balcony had no curtains, so the room became very bright early every morning. The hotel is built in a historic building, so many compromises were made regarding what is generally expected from a good hotel. For example, there is no elevator, the soundproofing is poor, and the facilities are quite basic. Whenever someone walked through the corridor, my bedside cabinet would shake. More importantly, the ground floor of the hotel is a restaurant open to the public, and anyone can walk upstairs into the guest room area, which did not feel secure. As the title suggests, if you are looking for a unique and charming historic-style hotel, this could be a good choice. However, if you are simply looking for a good hotel, at this price point Unfound Door offers poor value for money.
