On the positive side, despite being quite far from the city center, the location is well-served by Bolt drivers at a very good price. Also, I found the bed to be comfortable, which was a big plus.

I wouldn't be so disappointed if this hotel didn't have such an inflated 9.0 rating on Booking. It feels like people give maximum scores just because the room has a door and hot water. The bathroom is genuinely dingy with visible mold and no shower curtain, so the entire floor floods when you wash. Basic items like a toilet brush are missing, and the soap dish was just rusty and empty. Our room was right next to the reception with zero soundproofing, meaning we heard everything. The window faces the street, and people constantly smoke just a meter away – forcing us to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The TV didn't work upon arrival either. It wasn't a huge deal, but there was nothing else to do in such a tiny room after a long day of walking around Tbilisi. The receptionist was very nice, but after we rescheduled breakfast to 9:00 AM, she took it too literally. She knocked at 8:55 AM every single day and waited right outside the door – just for us to get out of bed and grab the food from a common table by the reception. The breakfast itself was poor: a dry, oily omelet, stale bread, and a few Veggies without any butter, salt, or pepper. Ultimately, this place is strictly a cheap spot to sleep and leave, but the current reviews are completely unrealistic.

Izabella she is very nice and very helpful she do her best to make sure you're stay comfortable I really like it and she cooked lovely breakfast for us and help me with my clothes after long trip I really recommend the hotel it's close to Downtown by walk 20 minute and very pleasant .looking forward to back again .

Расположение хорошее, добирались на такси до центра и возвращались всегда пешком. Занимало около 40-50 минут, по дороге можно зайти в церковь Тринити. Завтраки были вкусные, хозяйка очень доброжелательная девушка, приготовила нам завтрак пораньше в день экскурсии. Все было вкусно и чисто. Спасибо

Good location, only a short walk to the metro. Comfortable room and the host was friendly and attentive.

Все очень понравилось, однозначно рекомендую выбрать данный отель, чувствуешь себя как дома👍🏻 Отдельная благодарность Изабелле, она помогала со всеми вопросами, очень добрая женщина. А завтраки какие вкусные и сытные😍 Еще хочу отметить, ее чай и кофе долго оставались горячими, думаю, потому что она готовит все с любовью 💕
