Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and caring. We stayed one night and could not experience the wellness area. The person at the reception was friendly and helped us to find our way there.

Wellness area could open longer than 09:00 pm. 10:00 pm would be for people like us coming a longer way more relaxing before going to bed.

Hot water kettle was not available.

I loved the comfort of the room, especially the beautiful view onto the park. the bed slept wonderfully. the building and hotel grounds were stunning and i enjoyed a few hours in a perfectly clean and well designed spa

the key/lock to the room takes a moment to figure out, could be a little less intricate especially since most of the guests are well into their 80s. the shower could have been more spacious and was lacking water pressure. but these were minor details

Amazing place, full of calmness and health, very clean. Amazing gardens and nature!

Thé cleaning service, was a bit « aggressive » entering the room very early in the morning every day while still inside the room sleeping, making noise, without notice. Not very polite.
