Hotel and rooms so worst nothing to like anything only location is good rest everything is pathetic

Service and hotel was bad and i was charged for breakfast and there was no breakfast and no water also and medical kit also… very bas hotel, i wont recommend anyone booking from oyo…. What youll show and what we get its totally different.. Worst and bad experience

Room and the bathroom

Room was clean but it can be better.

The hotel absolutely rubbish. There was not a single thing to like

Broken bed No TV ( only screen where the hotel manager will share your mobile screen with the LCD) No towels No sanitation No Hot water in fact there is no water No drinking water provided. it was mentioned breakfast included but in actual it’s not. called booking and Oyo team shared the images but no use

Nothing

It was the worst experience of our life. We had to wait for 2 hours for checkin as the hotel manager told us that our reservation was not confirmed. We had to call the oyo call center to get it resolved. Then, when other colleagues arrived a few days later, the hotel manage once again did the same thing. He made them wait for two hours. There was no hot water. There are bed bugs. The breakfast was pathetic. In the second last day, they removed all our bags from our rooms without our permission, while we were busy with our exhibition. We had more than Rs. 50,000 cash inside the room which we lost. We have planned to register a case against OYO and this property manager.
