Our room was not cleaned as well as its used before as we can see. But due to late night we are forced to check-in

I was not given the rooms by the property stating price property booked at is low price. We can't offer room at this terms and directed us contact the website. My party had to spend night in cars. Rooms are filthy. Have cockroaches. Beds are not comfortable. Linen is dirty and stained. Sofa was stained as well. They were not changed not even once during my 3 days of stay. They did not give any toileteries. There were no handwash even. I had to request that and for toiletries, they gave one small Dettol soap. Bed lights were broken. AC didn't work in one of the room (booked two). Bathroom was not clean. Pot was dirty. They didn't come to clean the room. We had to request them to come and clean daily multiple times. Bathroom racks were missing in one room. Breakfast was even terrible. There was only one item They poori on one day and macaroni on day 2 and only tea as beverage which was even terrible like it had milk and not boiled properly. They charged us 100 for breakfast per person where as it was 75 online under manage booking option for that stay. They tried to ask us for money for dinner which we never had. There was no guard at door. We had to open the door to let our car inside the premises. Worst of all they charge in advance for your entire booking so if you have issues they won't refund you anything.
