The shower was perfect!!! It was like being under a waterfall .. the room was lovely, we had a family room and we slept like logs. Managed to get early check in, which was amazing. The staff member was exceptional, she was fast and efficient.

Nothing, we will be booking again!

Really loved the friendly customer service. Staff extremely helpful. Accommodation was fresh, clean & comfortable. Room was spacious. Perfect after a 14 hour flight & falling straight into bed. Delicious buffet breakfast. A great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

Can't fault anything.

Not happy that 10% service charge is added on to bar & food bills discretely. And staff could smile a bit more when in discussions with the customers. Tips should be offered by customers after being giving excellent service, not just automatically added to your bill without noticing.
