"This hotel chain has served me well repeatedly and this was a wonderful stay as well."

I had an overnight layover in LHR, arriving after 10 PM. I am still in shock that I was asleep by 11PM. This hotel couldn’t be closer. Check in was swift. It was suggested I use the lobby kiosk to reserve a cab for the morning. It was waiting for me outside the lobby. I was dreading this transfer. It was seamless. Hotel was lovely. I was so refreshed that the 11 hour flight to LA was the smoothest I have ever experienced. THANK YOU!!!

Well decorated, modern, clean. Rooms were big and all amenities were present. Even a treat with a nespresso for a morning coffee
