Radisson RED London Heathrow

Close to Heathrow airport, friendly and clean. Great shower, comfy spacious bed

The property is modern and clean. I enjoyed the ambiance, it was relaxing and easy to navigate. And smelt Devine!

I didn’t like that there is only a smokers section outdoors and not a section for non smokers. The weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit outside. Every table had an ashtray supporting the outdoor dining to be for smokers only. We sat out until the smoke became too much. I noticed we weren’t the only non smokers so please consider non smokers for outdoor dining too.

Nice big clean room with big bed, roomy bathroom, good tv, good a/c, restaurant was pretty good. Hotel only a few mins from Heathrow terminals. The gym looked fantastic…like a real gym, not a hotel gym!

Nothing. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

Rooms where actually really nice

The service from the duty manager was extremely poor. I explained I was travelling with a 1 year old and about to embark on a 25 hour transit back to Australia. I requested a late check out (happy to pay) only until 3pm to allow my baby to sleep to help us better prepare for the flights to come. He said not possible as the hotel was full, which I checked online there were rooms selling. I also know not all guests check in exactly at 3pm many arrive late, the room would have been ready for guests by 330-4pm but this manager wouldn’t see it from our eyes. No compassion what so ever. Really disappointing- I wouldn’t recommend Radisson unfortunately due to the experience.

2部屋予約していたのに、1部屋しか部屋番号をカードに書いてなくてフロントに聞き直しに行ったこと 空港ビューの部屋なのに見えなかった

Great location for an overnight from Heathrow. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

The fire alarm went off at 4am. No response or apologies made by the hotel the next morning.
