Beautiful quiet location quaint property and beautiful views staff really friendly and attentive the breakfast was delicious and piping hot would definitely return to this hotel nothing was to much trouble

Lovely shared rooms and garden. Beautiful lounge. Nice bar and lovely dining room. Very relaxing. Hany for Beatrix Potter experience.

The manager and chef were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Great location - right near Beatrix Potter's estate, but also quiet and away from the busy tourist towns.

I booked a lake view room, which was barely viewable because of a large tree in the way.
