Staff was not co operative.. there was no soap or towel.. moreover fan was not working and there was power cut in the night and generator was not working.

Location is good

Poor customer service Dirty bedroom Dirty washroom, smell in washroom, no water supply in toilet No telephones to call front desk or kitchen No handle to open the main gate from inside Bedsheet, pillows and blanet was full of hair No shampoo, hand washroom or shower gel Most of the gates were open of the hotel Towel was not clean Television was not in working condition Mosquitoes were there Some insects and cockroaches were there in room They took advance payment without showing me room and denied to give any other room or money. Please help me with the refund. I checked out after few hours and booked room somewhere else.
