Breakfast and specially staff main reception person was so rude and disrespectful

It was a great stay. The food was also good and the staff was super helpful. This was really a very good hotel. The hotel had a great ambiance, the room was clean.

Balcony was too small

No good for couples

Took extra money for staying after booking by that app..they took 1000 rupees extra as shown in app

The location was okay, near the local market as well as DLF mall if anybody wanted to go.

The room was horrid. The door to the balcony had no handle and was open all day and night. I had to use a chair to keep the door closed while I slept. The bathroom look like a crime scene with several cigarettes put out in the corner. The sink tap although worked, was broken as well. There was nothing in the bathroom, not even a soap bar. They cleaned the room in 5 seconds before I was to enter. No one changed the sheets or anything. The cupboard again had no handles. The AC dripped heavily all night and none of the table lights worked.

The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home.

Room not clean

Very bad experience

Room was not clean. There was a stain on a blanket when asked to change they refused. Even the water bottle was not there in the room. Ac and fan was also not working

They didn't let us check in. Told us that the hotel is full... Even if the booking was done online.
