This was my first time in Luang Prabang, and I booked a room with them. I felt very good. The service was very good. If I had any questions, they were always ready to help. They were very patient, and it was a very enjoyable night.

The hotel is cozy,a home from home. The Receptionist's English is well, and communication is very convenient. The housekeeper helped me with luggage. There are many kinds of breakfast. She made a sandwich for me, which is very delicious. The service attitude is very good. A pleasant check-in experience!

I stayed 2 night in superior twin room with lake view, the room very nice every thing are function. There is a small pool, but it’s very nice. The breakfast is delicious. I like this hotel.

I booked an upstairs room that can over look both lake view and pool view. The service staff are very polite and friendly. They provide me a free electric scooter that very easy for me to get to night market area and around Luang Prabang

Alana Hotel is lovely place very quiet, the pool is next to my room door , I just open the door and jump in to the pool. the breakfast area also close to the pool. breakfast is very good, I like Lao noodle.
